HSGroup is a current member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and is locally owned-and-operated with many years experience providing award-winning design and building of residential remodeling projects. We have been honored with local, regional and national Contractor of the Year awards by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).

To better address the energy conservation concerns and needs of our clients HSGroup is also focused on offering in home services and products that will reduce overall energy consumption and reduce monthly power and gas bills. Our Green Initiative includes vinyl replacement windows and doors that exceed government standards for every efficiency, attic insulation and radiant barriers that will stop your conditioned air from going through the roof, and home repair services that can reduce exterior air infiltration.

We are licensed residential remodelers through the State of Georgia Builders Licensing Board. We carry worker’s comp and liability insurance that exceeds the minimum required by the Board. HSGroup is a d/b/a of AirWorks Inc. a Georgia Corporation located in Forsyth County.

Meet The Owners

Mike Perry is the face and voice of HSGroup. Mike has 13 years of remodeling experience and is a NARI Certified Remodeler. He is also a certified specialist and installer for the Clean Space® crawl space encapsulation system.

Mike and Dianne are co-owners of HSGroup. They are members of The National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI), National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), Better Business Bureau (BBB), and The John’s Creek Business Association (JCBA). Mike and Dianne realize their professional reputations are based on the results of each project and their involvement in professional industry organizations.

They most recently competed nationally at the NARI Convention and were awarded the prestigious 2009 Contractor of the Year award in the category of Kitchen Remodeling Project under $30,000.

HSGroup offers a full-service team that provides their clients turnkey services such as architectural drawings, certified kitchen & bath design and shopping services for flooring, appliances, tile, lighting & plumbing fixtures that often result in lower than retail cost.

They have professional relationships with suppliers and tradesmen already in place for you to discuss the plans and design of your project. All initial consultations are offered at no cost and no obligation.

Mike & Dianne are both Atlanta natives and have two daughters and three granddaughters. They own Harley, a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, and are avid University of Georgia Bulldog fans. They are members of the First Redeemer Baptist Church in Cumming, GA.

"In our spare time, we both enjoy fishing, creating our own cooking recipes, and puttering around in the yard," says Mike. "Dianne and I enjoy traveling when time permits and our goal is to visit all 50 states when we retire."
